How the practice works
Each referral begins with the medical questions in dispute. The review considers the relevant records and clinical context, then addresses the questions with a reasoned opinion and any material limitations. Scope and timing depend on the specific matter.
Clinical review is led by Dr. Irfan Siddiqui, whose cardiovascular background informs the practice’s approach to complex medical questions.
Dr. Irfan Siddiqui, D.O., FACC, FSCAI
Dr. Siddiqui is a Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation certified Expert Medical Advisor and a board-certified interventional cardiologist. His clinical background informs the practice’s independent analysis, with particular depth in cardiac and vascular matters.
